Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Install ProfitGuard and use all features free for 14 days with no payment required. After the trial, you'll be prompted to subscribe to keep using the app.

Are there per-order fees?

Never. $29/month covers unlimited orders. Unlike TrueProfit, we don't add surcharges when your order volume grows. The price is always $29.

What does loss attribution actually do?

ProfitGuard analyses every unprofitable order and tells you which product is causing the most losses and which cost โ€” ads, COGS, shipping, or fees โ€” is the dominant factor. For example: "Jordan 1 Retro is losing money mainly due to product cost (97%)." No other profit app does this.

What happens when the trial ends?

After 14 days, the app stops processing new orders until you subscribe. Your existing data is kept safe โ€” nothing is deleted.

How is billing handled?

Through Shopify's native billing system, the same place you manage all your other app subscriptions. It appears on your Shopify invoice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Shopify admin under Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Apps. No notice period, no cancellation fees.

Is there a plan for larger stores?

The $29 plan covers unlimited orders and is suitable for stores at any size. If you have specific enterprise requirements, contact us at info@untapped.nl.

What's your money-back guarantee?

If ProfitGuard doesn't find at least one unprofitable product in your first 30 days, email info@untapped.nl and you'll get a full refund. No questions asked.
